Cellular Sickness and Detoxification

What is cellular sickness?

Cells have many roles in the body. They provide structure and support, facilitate growth through mitosis, allow passive and active transport, produce energy, create metabolic reactions, and aid in reproductionCells communicate with each other using chemical and electrical signals. In other words, cells talk to each other ensuring that all body organs and tissues are on the same page. Cellular sickness refers to different conditions that affect these cellular functions in the body.

For example:

How do are cells get sick?

Toxin exposure! Toxins are substances that can cause harm to cells in tissues and organs. We have internal, external, and emotional toxic exposures. Internal source are bacteria, viruses, fungi, mycotoxins, parasites and their debris that live in and on us. External toxins are heavy metals, solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals in our environment that are found in drinking water, the food we eat, clothing we wear, cosmetics, and many other home and work exposures. The body and mind are connected. Emotional toxins can increase inflammation, depress the immune system and contribute to the cycle fo chronic disease. Addressing emotional toxins can turn off a fight or flight response and help the healing process.

Toxins can cause cellular damage by different mechanisms, such as:

Depending on the type and amount of toxins, the exposure time, and the susceptibility of the individual, toxins can cause various diseases and symptoms. Some examples of toxin-related diseases are:

  • Cancer

  • Diabetes

  • Gut Ailments

  • Cardiovascular Disease

  • Neurodegeneration

  • Infections

  • Allergies & Eczema

  • Weight Resistance

How do you know if you have cellular toxicity?

Frankly, all of us do to some degree however, if you are struggling with symptoms such as weight resistance, blood sugar dysregulation, thyroid or hormonal imbalance, autoimmune disease, a digestive disorder, skin issues, or cancer, you likely have cellular toxicity.

How do you remove toxins from the body?

Cellular detoxification is a process that helps remove toxins from cells in the body. Typically this includes removal of the source of toxicity, eating healthy whole foods, drinking clean water, removing inflammatory drivers, revitalizing cell membrane health, open drainage and detox pathways, storing mitochodrial (energy) health, enhancing cellular gluthatione and brain detox. This can be accomplished through diet, supplemental support, binders, exercise, and lifestyle changes. The goal of cellular detoxification is to improve overall health and well-being by removing potentially harmful toxins from the body.

The benefits of cellular detoxification include improved energy levels, better digestion, clearer skin, increased mental clarity, better immunity, weight loss, and more balanced hormones. It also helps protect against diseases such as cancer by reducing oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Additionally, it can aid in mental health by decreasing anxiety levels and improving overall mood and wellbeing. Cellular detoxification helps keep the body functioning optimally and can bring about physical and psychological improvements.

By incorporating a healthy diet, lifestyle changes and an appropriate supplement plan, cellular detoxification can be beneficial for overall health and wellness. With the right approach, cellular detoxification may help improve overall health and well-being.
